Fulfillment Hubs Most of our collections are stocked and shipped directly from our domestic US hubs. For these items, you can expect your package to arrive within 3–7 business days.

The Curated Collection (International Sourcing) Occasionally, we discover a "very good product" from international artisans that meets our strict sustainability standards. These items are clearly marked and may take 7–14 business days to arrive. We believe quality and planet-friendly craftsmanship are always worth the extra few days of patience.

Carbon-Neutral Shipping In our commitment to the Earth, we offset the carbon emissions of every shipment. Your order arrives in 100% plastic-free, compostable packaging.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Zen Shipping: Free for all orders over $75.

• Flat Rate Shipping: A simple $6.95 for orders under $75.

Order Tracking Once your order is mindfully packed, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the link to activate as it begins its journey to your doorstep.
