The Choice: For most items, we will offer you a Returnless Refund. Instead of shipping the item back to our Columbia headquarters, we ask that you donate the item to a local animal shelter. Send us a quick photo of the donation receipt (or just the happy pups at the shelter!), and we will issue your full refund immediately.
